“Efficient service with fast delivery. Quality products. The new cat flap was not a direct replacement for my old Staywell unit and required a slightly larger cut out in the door. A technical drawing or cutting template for the product would have been useful both before purchase and in the fitting instructions supplied.”

“excellent packaging and delivery. unit beeps, not as loud as my antibark units, and squirts well. Our 7.5month working cocker bitch has come into her first season so exercise outside is on the lead. Will try unit on her when we are able to resume letting her run loose.”

“Ordering and delivery were fine, however the new cat flap by the same company as the old cat flap was a totally different size!!!!!. This has caused a real headache trying to fit it. We have had cats for over 40 years and in that time fitted numerous flaps and we decided as all the cats were chipped we would update from a collar tag entry to a microchip entry, thinking it should just fit in the old hole. WRONG.”

“Although we registered all 3 cats & the system acknowledged them, for one of them, it doesn't work when she tries to get in. We've done it twice to make sure she was on there, but once it's in the door & she's trying to get in, it doesn't open for her. Buttons now blu tacked down & neighbours cat still happily on our sofa. Not the result I had hoped for.”

“This a very good piece of kit .identical to the one I had before except this one unlocks and locks via a collar devise worn by your cat. Took about 30 seconds to remove old one and install new one .Cat just getting used to the sound it makes when unlocking and locking .”
