“Ordered I'm cat flap, paid extra for what I was told was next day delivery, 5 days later I'm still waiting, I phoned to cancel the order and get a refund, still waiting for that aswell!! Won't be recommending to anyone Glenn Dawes”

“My cat is very happy now he can let himself in and out as he likes. He soon got used to the times when it was locked or open. The catflap was easy to fit. The timer was not that easy to program because the display is quite small but worth the trouble as we can leave the cat for longer periods. I recommend this catflap.”

“Very upset as i cut the outside down when it says not to but in all fairness if it was in red and said don't cut i would of seen this more clearly and not cut it all i sore was a picture of a saw and not a black line through it as my wife thought the same and told me to cut it down i really didn't take much notice and just sore the picture of the saw and cut it £ 50 down the pan not happy one bit.”

“Arrived quickly and fit easily into the same hole as the old cat flap of the same make. Early use by our cat was problematic. After programming the cats chip it sometimes took up to 10 seconds before the sensor picked up the presence of the cat. Other times it triggered straight away. Over a day or so the cat has got used to it and it seems to be working OK. Good to see next doors cat walking away the last two mornings because it can't get in!!”

“Simple and easy to use with a rotating button which hopefully won’t get stuck. You do need to get your own screws and nuts for the adapter plate for glass as it does not come with ones that work with the drilled holes.”

“Our cat flap was not working properly so I looked online for a new Staywell 500 series, infra-red deluxe, 4 way locking cat flap. Cheapest price was being offered by CatFlaps and also very happy with their speed of service, arrived in only a couple of days.”
