“I first purchased the natural brown cat flat 3 years ago. It matched and fitted in the front door seamlessly. My cat had no issues using it and the adjustable locking features were very useful on bonfire night. I was so impressed that since moving I have now purchased my second, in the white colour. The expander was necessary this time. I get the largest size cat flat as I have a large tom cat. He loves his personal door :-)”

“I never received the cat flap - spent 2hours on web chat to Hermes but still not arrived. I’m despairing that i’ll Ever receive it and with no flap in the door the kitchen is very cold”

“Free delivery arrived on time fitted screws were not big enough for my door but that didnt cause a problem so far so good service from provider spot on cant say about product yet its far too early. But provider excellent 5 star and best value I could find”

“I searched the internet for the PetSafe spray collar after it was recommended to me, however I was slightly shocked by the price variations of this product. I was rather tickled that a company called CatFlaps would have canine items, so I stopped to look closer at this site. I wanted to order from a company based in the UK, and who had this product in stock. From placing my order to delivery the purchase was very smooth, delivery was within 5 days. The order was well packaged I will definitely recommend this company to others, the prices were better than a well known online marketplace!!”

“OK but the electronics stop working in the cold weather, so the cat has learned to open it by bashing the outside with his paw. As this is now his preferred means of entry it is no better than a standard non electronic flap, but dearer and more hassle to programme etc.”

“Really easy to program the microchip. It was an upgrade and it was just a case of taking the old one out and inserting the new one, as the cut was the same dimensions. Best of all the cat doesn't get his dinner knicked any more. I can highly recommend it.”
