“Great harness for my jug. He is barrel chested with a small head and most harnesses slip off him but this one is really secure. He's a bit anti-social too so the handle helps us avoid any conflict as I can hold him away from other dogs if need be. Really happy with the product.”

“Perfect fit. Battery operated not mains so another plus. Very fair price. Quick delivery. I have waited some weeks before my review as I wanted to make sure that my cat could actually use It properly . Going out no problem. Coming in has taken time but he is now confident enough to wait for the flap to register his chip. He was very unhappy before as another cat had been coming in the manual one. So we were desperate to fit a microchip flap that could just fit into the old space.After much research we found Petsafe PPA19.Will probably order a spare in case they are discontinued.”

“The delivery was great and very speedy. I had bought the microchip version of the catflap partly because a review had said it fitted exactly in the space of their previous one. I was replacing a magnet-operated catflap. Unfortunately the fitting wasn't exactly the same - the spacing of the screw holes were a few mm different which is quite a difficult distance to make new drill holes. Please make Petsafe aware of this.”

“The xtra chip for the cat is way to big and clumsy for the cat it does not like it and keeps trying to wriggle outa it needs to be much slimmer and also way to expensive and slow to operate”
