“We needed a replacement magnetic cat flap. We'd had the original over 10yrs and the magnet part didn't work anymore and we started to get a 'visitor'. Did many price comparisons and Catflaps.co.uk were by far the cheapest. Same make and model we bought we £10 more in Argos and £15 more in Pets at Home! Website and ordering all really clear and easy and great communication advising various stages of order. Speedy delivery. Fantastic service and best prices you will find. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.”

“Did all I wanted it to do. Easy to fit. I would have had to get someone to fit a new cat flap but could do replacement window myself. Cats happy. No more cold drafts!”

“It is surprising that the 'chip' template is different to the magnetic version. After all the tunnel is the same size. In the end our friend Ahmet resolved the problem by drilling a new set of holes; there were more than enough already but in the wrong place with regard to our double glazed panel. We capped the external screws with the old fittings. Internally they are waiting a coat of tippex. The door itself is sturdy enough and of the same quality as our previous one. 4 stars for all our trouble. Either a design flaw or a conspiracy with the glass manufacturers.”

“I am so glad that I bought this cat flap. I have had it placed in an inside door which I want to keep closed due to a draft. I didn't install it myself, but it was easy to install with three parts to it. The steel frame is well made and the flap closes with a magnet built into the frame. At the moment, my four cats have got used to going through the hole without the flap attached, have had paper instead of the flap, so they get used to pushing something and now have progressed to pushing card instead of paper. I am going to put the flap on tomorrow and see how they go. I am very pleased with this product. It has already made a big difference to the warmth in my lounge/dinning room. I thoroughly recommend this cat flap. Thanks!”

“It arrived on time and in good order. Easy to set up and works fine. A bit noisy when dishing out the food but nothing to complain about and at least the cat can hear when it's food has been deployed. All in all it does the job.”
