“The payment method seemed to make del a day longer than was hoped - based on comments on website. not a problem to me but to three cats ! Fitting the new flap was OK but it does require a careful look to ensure do not try & push out old flap the wrong way. A simple guide might be a good idea to make sure there are no mess ups bearing in mind plastic mouldings are flexible to an extent but can crack - particularly if very cold. Thanks”

“This cat flap is really good quality and does its job well keeping other cats out. However our cat is having a problem getting used to the noise it makes when entering and exiting. I'm sure he will get used to it in time. It was delivered promptly taking only a couple of days from ordering.”

“Nothing wrong with cat flap in patio door except for 'flap' part that had been recently damaged by a desperate intruder when he or she got in, but couldn't get back out because cat flap locked for going outwards. That will teach hubby to totally lock overnight! Anyway, a search on the internet and finding CATFLAPS.co.uk had a replacement part was total relief. Now back like new, thank you.”

“Easy too install. But easier too register your cats microchip with the cat flap before you install it in the door. Cats had no problem using it .happy days????”

“Very good price on the catflap. Exorbitant postage, so that with VAT, was almost twice the headline price. This coupled with their insisting on a signature on receipt of the parcel (so I had to be in to receive it) meant I was feeling very disgruntled by the end.”

“Item arrived in a very battered box- it looked second hand!! Packaging very poor for the price I paid for the item. Tried to call to complain but no answer or voicemail service. Although item is ok I won't use this company/website again.”

“Nice to see a company who sell parts of flaps and not just the whole flaps. I have in my loft 4 large dog flaps where the "U" had snapped and was very please to find just the "U" for sale. So pleased in fact I bought 2 and used the money I saved to buy my cats a Flik automatic String toy. They love it!! And I love not wasting energy and the environment buying parts i don't need.
