“The item was sent to the wrong address as a mixture of two addresses were Written on the parcel and driver could not find the house . And secondly Wood grain finish was ordered but grey delivered , by this stage could not Be bothered to return the item so poor on all fronts !!!”

“Excellent service from CatFlaps.co.uk - we ordered a Staywell 715 small catflap to replace our old one of the same type. The price was very good, ordering was easy and Yodel's delivery was timely and went without hitch. Installing it was straightforward - the only fiddly part was shortening the supplied bolts to fit the depth of our back door (I would guess that it's unavoidable, as no two doors are exactly alike) and using a knife-sharpener to file the ends of the bolts so that they would go through the tiny nuts - not easy if you have big fingers! Aside from that, replacing the catflap has gone very well - many thanks to CatFlaps.co.uk for a great product and great service.”

“Excellent service. Within 2 days of ordering, the cat flap had been delivered. That's commendable, the company do not 'hang about". I was very pleased it was exactly the same cat flap that we had purchased 15 years ago with the screw holes in exactly the same place as stated on their website. I suppose I could have just purchased the damaged flap singularly but, for the price of a new one, decided against this. The new one is lovely and white. Catflap Co UK, please keep this 917 available for future purchases. It looks good fitted and it's got to be one of your best sellers. I've purchased three in the last 30 years.”

“Bought a cat toy from Catflaps. Communication was very good, confirming that my order was being processed and distpatched and when I would be likely to receive it. When more than a week had passed and I still hadn't received my order, I notified them by e-mail. They replied promptly, apologetically, and sent me another immediately, which I received 2 days later.”
