“I had placed myr order a few weeks ago, Whe I rang themI was told they had run out of the items. They said items were expected in on that day and would be dispatched ASAP, I recieved the items the nex morning. “Hi very please with the timer function as no longer have to get up at 5am to let the cat out. Only negative is sometimes when the cats go out the magnet does not seem to be strong enough to close the flap after.”

“I haven't fully installed it yet - we fixed it through a wall which was much thicker than we thought. Have done a temporary DIY job of making an interior passageway. Have ordered the extra parts but haven't fixed them yet. Cats can come and go as they please and are happy they have an exit/entry of their own.”
