“Great bark control collar, work straight away, don't bother to look at any other bark control collars”

“I was really impressed with your service and delivery time, thank you very much. However, the product wasn't what we hoped for. The screws were very cheap and have broken off in our wooden front door so the cat flap now won't go on. We currently now have a square hole in the door!”

“The Catflap was a direct replacement for one that was supplied with a double glazed door. Overtime foxes and other cats had try to force it and the tunnel and door had fractured. Despite repairs it became too stiff for our small cat to operate. I managed to remove the old Catflap and replace with the new one in less than ten minutes. The cat and my wife are delighted. I was delighted with the quickness of arrival and the price!”

“MY WATER FOUNTAIN ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY AFTER ORDERING, THIS ARRIVED IN VERY GOOD CONDITION, VERY EASY TO ASSEMBLE AND VERY QUIET IN USE, THE STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION MEANS THAT WASHING IN VERY HOT WATER DOES NOT DAMAGE AS SOME PLASTICS MAY BECOME OUT OF SHAPE, ALSO CAN BE STERILISED IF REQUIRED.”

“I bought two pumps for my cat's Pet Mate Water fountain. They both arrived the next day and were fitted immediately. Both the cat and I are extremely pleased! They were also cheaper from CatFlaps than elsewhere. I would definately use them again.”

“Plastic screws and one broke on insulation. The magnetic strip at the bottom is not strong, one bit of wind and the flap blows open and all you get is a cold draft from the back door. Sorry but I would not recommend this product.”
