“Very helpful and answered all the questions so we knew we were buying the right flap. Quick dispatch as well. Only annoyance was Yodel, but that is nothing to do with yourselves, as they were so disorganised it wasn't funny.”

“Efficient service and helpful on the phone, but I cannot recommend the Cat Mate Large Electromagnetic catflap. It's hopeless when it comes to preventing access for unwanted visitors. A real waste of £50”

“I needed a replacement for an old cat flap, so wanted an exact match. Fortunately this was available on the CatFlaps site, and was dispatched very very quickly.”

“The cat flap does its job well and in most ways I am very pleased with it. One small problem is that it is fastened to the door with only two bolts, one on each side. As a result the external part of the cat flap which supports the scanner feels quite flimsy and the scanner wobbles up and down. I overcame this by securing the top of the external part with a small metal bracket attached to the door. It was not necessary to cut any holes in the cat flap its self to do this.”

“The CatFlap was delivered within 2 days and we received email updates on the delivery time, the price was the lowest we found, it was easy to program and install and now just our cat can get in and we don't have to worry about other cats accessing our home and terrorising our cat. We have had a magnetic catflap before, but if the cat loses it's collar it can't get in, we and our cat are very happy with this purchase”
