Ordered some chairs, 4 delivery attempts and all unsuccessful driver was just lazy, but the after service shocking with parcel returned to sender sent countless emails asking for a refund and ghosted, had to go to bank for a charge back. Super disappointed.

Thank you for your review. I can see you ordered a 6pm on the 30th and Parcel Force attempted delivery at 12:45 on the 31st (you would have had both a text and email informing you it was out for delivery), but no one was home. They left a card advising you it was at the Post Office and we did also send you several emails regarding the same. It appears that you never collected the item or requested redelivery.

Given one star because I think you should say what it was I bought. Do you think people remember every supplier or want to waste time looking back through their purchases. Also it would give a degree of confidence in your request being genuine. So simple to do surely?.

After waiting for an order to be delivered, I called them to ask for additional information when my bbqs were arriving for them to tell me they were ordered twice and no out of stock, then sounded like they were doing me a favour by sending 2 more expensive models for them not to work at an event for 150 people, 6 weeks on and I’m still no further with the issue being fixed with countless phone calls and emails, cheap in price but after sales care is none existent

was expecting an item to be deliver the next day, as advertised upon check out, hence why choosing this service however it only came 3 days later. i called the customer service who couldn't do anything

We offer a next working day delivery service as standard. You ordered on a Friday and as you said in your review, you took delivery on Monday morning.

I never received my delivery, I still am yet to receive my refund, they use a cheap delivery company that don’t even try to deliver, I waited a week for it to be delivered before I cancelled the delivery as it’s meant to arrive “next day”

Thank you for your review of our courier company. As you know we use Parcel Force to make our deliveries as we regard them as a reputable company. As you will recall several attempts were made to deliver starting with the day after your order was placed, but because you ordered a bladed item, Parcel Force need to make the delivery in person and see ID. Parcel Force have been unable to deliver after all of the various attempts, the item will be returned to us and as soon as it is scanned into the warehouse, a refund will be issued automatically.

Thank you for your review Jamil. Had you informed us that the item was damaged we would have course replaced it the very next day. Our contact details and instructions regarding returns are on the website, the order confirmation, the invoice and the delivery note enclosed with the goods. For obvious reasons it is important that breakages are reported at the time of delivery, not weeks later.
