“Ordered a double pot wash sink and asked for the delivery to be delayed until a specific week. No follow-ups on delivery via email at the start of the week, had to call to check in and was told it will be delivered this week and then called again later in the week when nothing seemed to progress. On Friday was told the order was stuck “in progress” and hadn’t been despatched but that they would speak to the warehouse and get it despatched that day for delivery the following Monday. No delivery info received from them so had to call to check in, found that it still wasn’t despatched. Nice people, but poor degree of communication and organisation.”

Hi Aaron, I'm really sorry that you experienced this issue and that we were unable to provide the level of service that you would expect from Caterspeed. I'm glad that we were able to sort it in the end, but we have to hold our hands up and acknowledge that on the occasion, we were simply not good enough.

“Bought an induction egg pan as these are quite limited in range. Did half expect the item to be non-stick, but its does require a good dollop of oil for a mess free egg, noted not listed as non-stick Handle doesnt stay cool, so not as described Shipping was a lot more than £2.99 Royal Mail at £6.75, think ive been overcharged with this. Maybe its expensive to subsidise Paypal costs?”

Hi Mark Thank you for your review. This is our company review page (as opposed to product reviews) and so to address the delivery costs comment... we despatch everything by tracked overnight courier, we don't use Royal Mail. We don't make any profit on delivery charges, in fact as you probably realise, at £6.75 the cost is subsidised from the true cost of the courier service. We only charge this subsidised rate on smaller orders and on larger orders we absorb the delivery costs completely. “Bought these boxes as they were freezer proof but one of them broke so has a huge hole in it. I assume because they must be brittle when frozen.”
