“Had a very bad experience Bought a dress for my son’s wedding but I felt some of the jewels on bodice were loose. So I paid for dress & on the day of purchase left it to be fixed .Telephoned 1week later and was told I cannot pick the dress up on a Saturday or Sunday . I work Monday to Friday so not off to a great start
When I went in to pick my dress up it was sealed in a bag wasn’t offered to see the dress got it home hung it up thinking nothing of it .Then tried the dress on at home around a week later to find that the dress was very tight around the bodice and pulled slightly (just didn’t sit properly at all ) at the back of dress I called the store to be totally insulted and was told that I must have put on weight this was the manager that told me this and she had seen this time and time again remembering this is all within a space of 2weeks I’ve been the same size in my clothes for years and years which is a size 8 . Totally disgusted at how I was treated , ruined my whole experience wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone they are only driven by the sales and not customer service Ever time I think of my experience it sends shivers down me I ended up going somewhere in England for my perfect dress”
“When to Catherine of Partick for a outfit for my son wedding the lady that helped was lovely
I picked on outfit with hat and shoes and bag
But shoes were a bit too small
I asked for bigger size in shoes the owner said if you pay £20 for delivery to shop she would order me them
After paying £1100 for outfit and hat
I was a bit disappointed
The shoes and bag was £430
I didn’t order them because I thought it was rude of her so she lost out on my order for shoes and bag and spilled my day.”

“Feeling a bit upset with my experience today
Having picked and payed for a dress a few weeks ago ( which was to be ordered ) I was booked into the shop for a “fitting “ today sales assistant put a dress for me to try on into the cubicle when I went in and saw the dress I told her that I had never saw the dress that she had brought and had not ordered it
After another assistant came and I explained what “ my dress “ looked like I was shown a dress that I had previously tried on but hadn’t chosen this is the dress that I have came home with so I’m a bit upset and deflated by my experience as I was so looking forward to trying on what I had chosen now I have a dress that I’m honestly not 100 per cent happy with 🥲”

Thank you so so much for making my shopping experience for a mother of the bride outfit a fabulous one yesterday.
I was very nervous and had no idea what styles or colours I wanted. Robyn gave me the confidence to just to go for it and try on as many different styles and colours of dresses as I could.
After this, it became apparent what styles and colours that were best for me, which is not the usual colour pallet for a mother of the bride, which excited but also scared me slightly, at first when trying it on.
Robyn’s gentle questioning about what I like and disliked about each dress, really helped me, with also with the help of my daughter and my best friend, to pick an outfit that I feel a million dollars in.
The colour and style of the complete outfit that we have chosen, will differently mean I will stand and hopefully everyone will know I’m the MOB.
