“Avoid Cartomy.com – possibly fake shoes, bad return policy
I ordered ASICS Magic Speed 3 shoes from Cartomy.com, but the experience was disappointing and feels like a scam.
* The shoes arrived with a **strong, toxic chemical smell**, unlike any legit pair I've ever had.
* Although labeled as size 44, they fit **smaller than my usual size 42** – more like a 41 in reality.
* I followed their **own size chart** exactly, so I didn’t do anything wrong when choosing.
* After comparing them to a real pair of ASICS in a store, I noticed clear differences in **shape, structure, and feel** – these are not genuine.
* When I asked for a refund, they told me to **ship the shoes to a private person in Greece**, not a company warehouse. Return shipping from Sweden would cost **30€ – about 30% of what I paid.**
* No secure return process, no guarantee of refund, and their "Grade A" explanation was **not mentioned anywhere on their website before purchase.**
I submitted a dispute through my bank to get my money back. I’d highly recommend others **avoid Cartomy.com** and not risk wasting money on low-quality or possibly counterfeit products.”
“Are all the people that is giving good reviews on Catomy.com all part of the scam?
I did a deposit and my wallet shows the deposit but my wallet address changed and the new address and old address shows zero balances. Why does everybody just want to scam everybody? May you all that is involved rot in hell with Catomy.
After questioning support, they blocked me from sending support any message.
My wife send support a message to check why I can't chat to support, now they blocked her as well! Al these reviews sounded so positive, just to find out that Catomy is just anther scam.”
“Catomy is a SCAM, please do not use this exchange to hold your assets. I created this account a few weeks ago. I proceeded to deposit my assets as required to receive premium access. Now, I want to withdraw my assets to move to my personal wallet and the withdrawal option is nonexistent. Every time I try to withdraw, the exchange asks me to make another deposit for verification. This exchange is a SCAM and I advise everyone not to use this platform. I've already made 4 deposits and been verified but still can't withdraw and customer support is a joke. I have assets sitting on the exchange that I can't withdraw because I won't continue to make deposits like they ask.”
“I was told to pay the exact amount of 0.004 BTC, which I did, but with BTC climbing in the past few days, by the time the BTC went through they only received 0.0394709.
Now they require me to re-deposit a second time again for 0.004 BTC. I offered to pay the balance but they assist in me paying 0.0041 to release my funds. This now sounds like a scam. I don't want to believe this because I put my last savings into this and all the reviews was good, unless the reviews are fake.”
