“What a fantastic buying experience! Not only am I very happy with my coveted RM ladies boots at a generously reduced price but also and very importantly the advice I was given on the phone prior to me purchasing them... Your staff took the time to reassure me regarding taking a chance on the size- to which worked to my advantage! Your staff are a credit to you- they demonstrated a friendly and above all a professional approach from start to the end of my transaction... Well done and keep up the excellent work! “Ordering was very straight forward. Website easy to use. The item I wished to purchase was despatched in good time. The Company branding - good. Unfortunately the wax Jacket when received was covered in fluff/wool all over and small amounts of glitter? It also had pin holes in one elbow? Disappointing.”

“After I had ordered my two items, I was emailed by custometr services apologising that one of the items was out of stock. A refund was sent to my account immediately. The remaining item was posted to me by Express 24 and I received it two days later. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received and also with the quality and fit of the top that I bought. I have bought from Cavells both in the shop and on line and each time received excellent service from them.”

“Absolutely incredible service...next day courier delivery; & superbly packed. The lanyard itself is top quality & amazingly inexpensive. Purchased it as a means of carrying my small Victorinox 'Swiss Army' knife when clay pigeon shooting...& for this,it's spot on!. I can highly recommend both the product & Cavells Country...& I shall certainly be purchasing from them again.”

“I placed on order lunchtime on the 23rd December, and it was delivered on the morning of the 24th! Excellently packaged and all ready just to apply gift wrap. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again.”
