“I contacted customer services online and also phoned the store to ask advice on sizing before ordering. Very prompt and helpful responses. Item turned up unexpected quickly 1.5 days! and very pleased with it though decided to reorder smaller size (personal preference), again delivered in 1.5 days. Returned original item & money back in my account within 24 hrs of posting it! Very impressed with the efficiency of service, all one week before Christmas, and friendliness of the staff I spoke to. I have yet to receive such a positive shopping experience in any store where I live & shop (London).”

“Absolutely brilliant service kept one item and sent the other size back, can’t believe how quickly I got a refund. Will definitely be using again. My only gripe they don’t provide free returns like other retailers. That’s the only reason they lose a star.”
