“I have purchased 2 garments from you. The service and delivery was great. I had to return one garment as it was too big and asked for an exchange or refund. I sent it back recorded delivery as suggested. If this all goes ok then I cannot fault buying from cavells. Still in progress.”

“Easy website to navigate. Good email communication on confirmation of order and despatch date. Bit disappointed in the delivery fee. Recommended though and I would order again.”

“Hello, your clothing, delivery services and the quality of the clothing is very good. The only difficulty was the sizing of the Schoffel clothes. I had to get a size 14 gilet after returning the size 12 as it was too tight, however I was advised by my family to get a size 10 cotton cable knit sweater, and that was a good fit. I think you might get a lot of people returning goods and asking for a different size. I hope this helps, Christine”

“I like the ease of buying locally, but sometimes find that the clothes for sale are not really Oakham and the countryside! The new Schoefell department is good, but I would like to see more fashion for the older ladies, not frumpy, but not so many frilly dresses, this isn'tLondon! I have been a customer with you for 18 years, and usually found things I like, fashionable but classical as well!”

“I have been a customer at Cavells for nearly 20 years, and are generally very happy with what I buy! I think for the Rutland market there are too many long frilly dresses which are for quite a particular market, also there are cheaper clothes for the younger customers, but not for an older clientele! I like good quality classics, but reasonably up-to-date with fashionable colours and fabrics! Maybe what is left at the end of the season is a good indicator of what does and doesn't sell!”

“Absolutely brilliant service kept one item and sent the other size back, can’t believe how quickly I got a refund. Will definitely be using again. My only gripe they don’t provide free returns like other retailers. That’s the only reason they lose a star.”
