“I have never used this company before. I can honestly say that their customer service was excellent, phoning me immediately when one of my items was out of stock and making good suggestions for replacement. The order arrived beatufully packaged and on time, even during the mail strike. I will definately use them again and drop in when i am next in Oakham. BRAVO FOR EXCELLENT BRITISH CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

“Great boots. Cavells have a wonderful extensive range of products. Fran was so helpful when I needed an exchange - I would ask for her by name should I have any queries with futures orders.”
