“Although someone from the service desk was off they made every effort to find out whether I was registered in the parts and service scheme . They also gave me the results of the mot by ringing my mobile and asked me if I wanted the necessary work done to pass the MOT. Tracy originally on the service desk who has now stepped up to a new position came out of her office to help . I assume she has been promoted and that is understandable given the way she performed in the service section”
