“we recently went on a trip to Jordan and Egypt organised by Cazeonve and Lody, we both had a very good time. accommodations and local guides were well chosen. our agent was always prompt on responding our queries. The only thing which I think it needs improvement is the timing on sending itinerary plus the layout and information listed on the itinerary, they may want to review one more time to ensure it has most updated or accurate final information on the final version.
beside that we were very happy to have them organised our trip.

“To be honest we sadly do not have much regular communication with the team. However, we have always been aware that C&L provide occasional quality reservations.
It would be nice to be approached for joint marketing, which to my knowledge, has never occurred. This may increase awareness of our product with both staff and clients.”

“We enjoyed our visit to Morocco. The places chosen for us to stay in were stylish and authentic ,although sometimes a 20 min trek through souk to arrive. Needed better research into Feast days ..had an unnecessary eleven hour journey back from Fez to Marrakech with everything closed.. Also after a long journey to the desert there was only Fanta in the cool box to revive us...could easily have brought wine etc with us.
The drives were often spectacular but much longer than expected and as it turned out,there were too many one night stops . Ultimately should have been planned more carefully with more questions asked and more details given.”
