“Ludicrously expensive travel agency. Great friends of ours from L.I. had suggested casenove+loyd, After perusing their stunning webpage we contacted them. Our excitement fogged our due diligence and we paid a deposit. The holiday went well, however we rapidly had a bitter pill to swallow when out of curiosity we asked another company to quote what we had done, we paid over $4,000 more than the rack rate.”

There were numerous ways that we felt let down and our skeptical side suggests that Cazenova and Loyd was more interested in taking their fee rather than providing important, helpful information that we required for our trip. “We booked quite late with casenove+loyd travel agency as a colleague in Great Britain suggested getting in touch with them. They were quick to respond and we hastily booked our vacation. Later finding out that we paid over the odds- approximately 10-15% more than some of the quotes we later received that looks very similar….. my husband questioned the price they gave & we did not receive a satisfactory response. The trip was jolly, but it was clear that the lady that arranged the trip did not have much knowledge of the country as she offered no alternatives or insights/suggestions into our areas of interest and the itinerary felt very “off the shelf” and it was extremely expensive. We will not return, and nor will our associates.”
