“Bought products before with no issue , But last one was a nightmare ending with no goods and out of pocket a few hundred quid so not happy, response from CBD brothers ( Your on your own ) First time asked for paperwork so its nothing to do with us post office messed up , well guys look forward to county court order ?”

“Ich muss hier leider meine schlechteste Erfahrung wiedergeben, die ich jemals mit einem Onlinehändler gemacht habe. Durch meine Bestellung bei CBD-brothers habe ich eine dreimonatige Tortur erfahren müssen, was fast in einem Rechtsstreit endete. Ich hatte bei besagtem Verkäufer etwas bestellt und mich leider in der Bestellmenge vertan( was mir leider erst nach Bestellabschluss auffiel). Sofort kontaktierte ich den Inhaber, der mir versicherte das er das löscht und ich soll einfach neu bestellen. Ein paar Tage später bekam ich zwei Päckchen, einmal das richtige und einmal das angeblich stornierte. Nach etlichen Kommunikationsversuchen forderte ich einen Rücksendeaufkleber an, ohne Erfolg. Zwischenzeitlich gab mir der Inhaber auf die falsche Bestellung bei Klarna einfach einen Rabatt, in der Hoffnung ich kaufe das dann. Nachdem ich ihm klarmachte, das ich mir nichts andrehen lasse was ich nicht möchte, tat er so als ob er mich nicht versteht und meldete sich nichtmehr. Als ich ihn einmal auf dem Handy erreichte, meinte er das er grad auf dem Weg in den Urlaub sei und er kann mir nicht weiterhelfen( sehr seriös) Als ich dann genug hatte von dem ganzen Theater, hab ich brav meine Rechnung bezahlt(die korrekte Lieferung) und hab das falsch gesendete auf eigene Kosten(!) zurückgesendet. Nun ließ der besagte Inhaber einfach offene falsche-nicht existente Forderungen gegen mich bei Klarna offen, so das ich mich etliche Male erklären musste, wie das Alles genau ablief usw. Als ich nun dem Inhaber von CBD Brothers als letzten Schritt mit dem Anwalt drohte, reagierte er endlich und löschte seine angebliche Forderung gegen mich. Meiner Meinung nach ist bei diesem Händler ÄUSSERSTE vorsicht geboten, das es sich hier wohl um eine ganz dreiste freche Art handelt, die Leute über den Tisch zu ziehen. Fast hätte er mich auch soweit gehabt, da ich schon( am Rande des Nervenzusammenbruchs) fast überlegte, ihm das Geld zu bezahlen, das ich nichts mehr mit ihm zu tun habe. Deshalb möchte ich meine Erfahrungen weitergeben und da ich nicht glaube, das dieses Desaster nur mir passiert sein soll, kann ich jedem nur raten, hier seeeeeehr aufzupassen oder am besten wo anders zu bestellen!”

“I have been buying from CBD Bothers since mid 2018 and was very pleased with their Blue Edition. However, the last bottle delivered in early January tastes totally different, is smaller and not sure it is still efficient. I cannot trust this company to be delivering the high standard of product they previously adhered to. Need to shop around...pity”

“I would love to have order however they never answered my e-mails, I had a few questions not knowing which kind I should buy. Needless to say I had to order from a different company. I would suggest you hire someone to help with answering questions.”

“The £65 product did not show up. I have emailed and phoned 5 times but they ignore me. I am going to have to file a claim with my bank.”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID..DANGEROUS UNREGULATED PRODUCTS! Smoked cannabis for 30 plus years so thought I would try cbd to stop being a slave to high level THC ...two days spent in hospital in the mental health ward after taking these unregulated products! Now prescribed diazepam,antidepressants and counselling because I literally lost the plot and felt suicidal.. as there are no 'safe dosage ' levels given ! See you in court CBD BROTHERS...AVOID! They say that they can't/Don't except returns as the products have been opened...Well NEWS flash brothers,your products are not lab sealed in the first instance! E.g. no seal needs breaking to open any product as they are filled from a big drum and not machined sealed! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Expect a few visits from health authorities and legal reps...disgusting and unprofessional company.”

“When an order goes wrong, nobody will reply, from ANY phone number or email. Disappointed and taking my business to another vendor. Shame, good product, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My money down the drain!!!”

“I made order almost 4 months ago. They didn't send me anything. They don't give me my money back. First they answered my emails. Then lately they stopped answering to me. They just send something like we are very sorry about your missing order and then they claims that its hard to find my order number and they keep asking me stupid questions. For example they asked me what is the order number, then they ask in which bank account I paid. Then I tell them that. Then they don't answer anything. Then I ask did you get my messages and whats wrong. So they ask the same questions again. Then I said please give me my money back if its so hard to send me anything. Then they stopped answering to me. Feels like it's a some kind of a scam. I suggest to avoid that company. First they feel so real and helpful then when you paid something the weird behaviour starts. And they try to confuse you by asking same things again and again and then they stop contacting or answering to you.”

“I ordered and paid and did not receive anything and they will not refund the money and I don't know how they are getting away with this. Do not buy from CBD brothers it is a total scam.”

“I Ordered some capsules and have being waiting days! No one gets back to you emailed and called you get no response very poor customer service it's the second time it's happened such a shame as it is a good product just very very poor customer service”
