LOVE your shoes..always seek that brand first when shopping on line. Own 2 pairs of leather thongs for years. Wish they were still in your line...Recently bought one similar in some sort of synthetic...OK but not the same...those thongs were FABULOUS...still have them...wish u would bring them back!!!

Ordered two pairs of Recital - one each Scarlet Silk Nappa (very nice RED!) and Lt Taupe Silk Nappa (more conservative) - because they look so cute and comfortable! When I unwrapped them and tried them on - they were!! I'm so glad I got two pair.

My black over the knee Montana oiled suede boots are really sleek looking and comfortable. However, after wearing them about 6 times, the lining began to come apart. I sprung about $209 for the boots and would expect for them to be of good quality. I may have bought what I call a bad batch. Should I attempt to return them to Macy's ? I really do love them and am afraid they are "last years" model. Where do I go from here ? I called and left a message for customer service. Stay tuned to what happens next. #23274 Size 10M

I ordered the Harrison boots in tobacco, and they arrived quickly and well packaged. The leather is extremely soft and beautiful, but the color is slightly different than expected. The heel also seems to be higher than described, and there was a small spot of something very sticky on the left knee. It cleaned off easily enough, and the boots are beautiful, so overall I'm very happy.

Corso Como shoes are very comfortable and attractive. Bought three pairs and only returning one pair. Quality of leather on the Webster black & white is not appealing.

I'm annoyed that the very same shoe from the previous year is a solid half to whole size smaller. They should note that on their site.

I bought the Joyce wedge sandals and although they were quite stiff, and a different color than pictured, I wore them. As I walked in them the first time I noticed that they made a funny loud clacking sound. The next thing I knew I went down in WHOLE FOODS after sliding on the bedazzled sole of the shoe. I think that it's a nice touch but in a wedge in an odd place. Perhaps the jewel wasn't hammered in properly but I think this is a dangerous addition to the shoe line. I looked at other shoes and the jewel is placed in a location closer to the heel that doesn't cause a clacking sound or slippage and a broken wrist. Sorry, but I won't be buying this line again.

The shoes that arrived were defective, and in fact they appeared used. The suede was rubbed off on both toes.

Package was sent to the wrong address and its unfortunate that CC doesn't have a phone line to talk to a person and I have to wait 24 hours for an email response.. further delaying the problem/process. I hope I can get this resolved quickly.

Hi Marion, As emailed, I am working to find a resolution to this issue that management will agree with as the package was sent to the Ship-To address that was listed on the order. Best Regards - Jamie.

Everything went fine, until I reached out to someone regarding a need to exchange for a half size smaller. I haven't heard any response at all about availability. I must have confirmation before mailing this pair back for the exchange. If someone could please help me that would be wonderful.

On March 23 we went to Corso restaurant for dinner. The food was horrible with most items either overcooked or dry, the lack of cooking finesse was very aparent. Warning don’t eat at Corso, it’s over priced and the food is substandard Thanks Mark warsh

Three years or so ago, the Del pumps were manufactured in Brazil using very soft leather. The shoes were amazing and didn't rub my toes, like every other pair of shoes I've ever purchased. Then manufacturing was briefly moved to China, then back to Brazil, and now Mexico. It's gone completely downhill. The shoes are made from cheap leather now, the edges are sharp and will cut up your feet, and the sizing is completely different. I'm so incredibly disappointed.
