“A very fast, efficient service. A high quality product which I am happily keeping. The reason for not giving the full 5 stars is because the product had obviously been reduced between the time of order and dispatch. The product I received had a sticker stating the price reduction on the price label, however my invoice still charged me the full amount. I wouldn't mind having missed out on the reduction if the product hadn't already been marked down before dispatch. A bit disappointing that I wasn't given the benefit of the price reduction especially considering the product had a reduced price ticket on it. Customer goodwill???”

“Hi, ordered Ilse Jacobsen jacket online, but sadly when it arrived it didn't fit. Spoke to Elaine in the office who was hugely understanding and helpful - she measured the bigger size for me and explained that they are quite fitted and that bigger wouldn't necessarily be right - the arms did seem very long. Anyway, I was still unsure about it, so we made a trip to the Callander shop specially and found another style of jacket from the same range that fitted better (3 sizes larger than normal!!!!). Anyway, shop agreed to refund online purchase and let me buy new jacket in the shop....all very helpful and am delighted found something. Would've been sooooo difficult to do online and could foresee many purchases and returns ahead!!! Hubby was even happy to drive me and we enjoyed a tasty Sunday breakfast too. Thanks.......”

“Order was easy to make and was delivered very quickly. However more information on the product description would have helped with my decision making. I loved the jacket but unfortunately it didn't fit me; however I didn't realise from the description that the hood didn't pack away which I wanted.
