“I ordered a key for Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings and received the key via email shortly after the order confirmation. When I tried entering the key in steam it said it was already activated by another user. I emailed customer service immediately about this issue and they responded quickly asking for screenshots to prove that I was logged into my account and entering the key correctly. That email was a combination of accusatory and insulting to my intelligence, but I played along and sent the screenshots they asked for. They said they needed to investigate which may take up to 48 hours. The next day I received an email with a new key. The new key gave me the same error that it was already registered to someone else when I tried to activate it in steam. I replied to the last customer service email letting them know it happened again, with screenshots. The next day I got refunded. All I wanted was a valid key.”

As you mention there was an issue with your initial code which we resolved as promised. The e-mail from ourselves was not intended to be either 'accusatory nor insulting' it simply asked you to supply screenshots showing the issue so we could investigate fully exactly as detailed the FAQ pages of our site so we could resolve within 48 working hours which is a fair request. Unfortunately there was also an issue with the second key so we promptly issued a full refund to prevent any further issues.
“I am happy to pay a few pounds more, as the CD Key Direct keys are always immediate, and also attached as an image. It's worth the extra peace of mind. I would highly recommend this company.”

As we previously advised the order was fulfilled within 40 seconds but for whatever reason was not received by yourself so we subsequently re-sent following your direct e-mail.
In terms of pricing the price paid was the advertised price.
From the description of the issue its sounds as though the key we supplied worked just fine and you were able to activate the game in your Steam account with no issues and the problems occur after that which isn't related to the service provided by ourselves.
“Was torn between 4 and 5 stars. I have bought around 7 or 8 keys off them now, and all have worked first time, no problems. The one question I had got a really good answer from their customer service immediately.
The only slight negative (and it is a slight one) is sometimes the key delivery has taken a little while (18 mins at most, typically 2 or 3) as they hold orders sometimes for fraud prevention, but on balance, I would rather wait 18 mins and have retailers protect my bank account than instant responses from folks who don't care, so 5 stars it is. This could just be as I am a new-ish customer though.”
