CE Equestrian were really easy to deal with, the item was of great quality and as described. It arrived in good time and was well packaged. They were also quick to respond to any queries I had. Highly recommended.

Hi Chelsea, We bought some spurs the other week, and to be honest I wasnt blown away by the service. Normally I wouldnt bother to write a review or feedback, but as you're supporting Joe Fernyhough and Emily Irvine I wanted to give a bit of feedback. Website was good, payment was all simple etc.. I know you were busy on travels etc.. but it would have been good to know sooner that the items were out of stock, and to have the option to either a refund, or the chance to wait for stock to arrive. Obviously we will keep using your site because we like to support companies that are helping our friends. I'll make sure to spread positive news around the shows etc.. Thank you.

Terrible company, order two pairs of breeches and didn’t receive them and just got constant excuses as to why. Have asked for a refund but doubt I’ll ever get it. Now starting the process with my bank/citizens advice etc to trying and get the money back. Avoid at all costs.

Wrong item was sent, emails were ignored until I posted on their FB page, promises made and broken, I was lied to repeatedly, terrible customer service, I would avoid.

Promised me a refund for a faulty bit when I had sent it back. That was 6 months ago and nothing but excuses since and now messages ignored, no refund.

Horrendous customer service. Ordered a product online that said was in stock, this was well over a month ago now and not heard anything from them. I’ve emailed multiple times and tried to call at least 10 times with no answer and can’t even leave a message as mailbox is full. So I’m left with no product and no money. Absolute joke!

Order placed 14 days ago, was showing as in stock. Only when contacted 7 days later was I advised the item was out of stock and they were awaiting delivery. Advised I would receive in the coming week. Still not received and now ignoring contact

Order placed 8 days ago. Not yet dispatched. Ignoring all forms of communication. Will give until Monday then proceed with a chargeback via the bank and pursue this as a fraudulent transaction.
