“Terrible company, order two pairs of breeches and didn’t receive them and just got constant excuses as to why. Have asked for a refund but doubt I’ll ever get it. Now starting the process with my bank/citizens advice etc to trying and get the money back. Avoid at all costs.”

“Wrong item was sent, emails were ignored until I posted on their FB page, promises made and broken, I was lied to repeatedly, terrible customer service, I would avoid.”

“Promised me a refund for a faulty bit when I had sent it back. That was 6 months ago and nothing but excuses since and now messages ignored, no refund.”

“Horrendous customer service. Ordered a product online that said was in stock, this was well over a month ago now and not heard anything from them. I’ve emailed multiple times and tried to call at least 10 times with no answer and can’t even leave a message as mailbox is full. So I’m left with no product and no money. Absolute joke!”

“Order placed 14 days ago, was showing as in stock. Only when contacted 7 days later was I advised the item was out of stock and they were awaiting delivery. Advised I would receive in the coming week. Still not received and now ignoring contact”

“Order placed 8 days ago. Not yet dispatched. Ignoring all forms of communication. Will give until Monday then proceed with a chargeback via the bank and pursue this as a fraudulent transaction.”
