“Highly unprofessional behaviour on the real estate agents end - after having to book in and confirm my attendance of an inspection multiple times, they just stood us up, sent a lousy apology yet that they can't access the property and were further unresponsive. Never again will I be dealing with that company!”

“I’ve overall had a smooth, great transition with the Certainty team. The website is very easy to navigate, and I was assigned my own Property Manager who regularly contacts me. My Property Manager had great knowledge of the local areas surrounding my properties, and ensured regular inspections as well as providing me with the right technology. The fees are low in exchange for good service, and the management is highly professional. Certainty have chosen great tenants for my properties, and I couldn’t feel more comfortable choosing a management who is attentive and highly responsive. Huge thank you to Cameron who has given me the best outcome for my investment properties. I would highly recommend Certainty. Jessica Doyle.”

“Working with Mark and the team has been a pleasure as a tenant. They informed us every step of the way, assisted us throughout the process and we’re always friendly and accomodating. “I found Certainty Property via a referral and I have found them to be great to deal with. From the first phone call to Simon to the first inspection of my property with Tim it has been a great experience. After a short wait for the right tenant - they found her for me and I am so pleased!! I have really enjoyed dealing with Tim and I love his honesty and professionalism.
