“Certainty Property have been extremely useful! Connor my Property Manager has been a great help with my new property in Sunnybank. He was able to take care of the full process from handover from the builder to leasing the property within a week. I am super happy with him and have already referred 2 of my business partners to Certainty Property.”

“Connor is our property manager and does a wonderful job managing our unit. He is very organised, attends to things in a timely manner, communicates very clearly and I really feel like he has our best interests at heart. “I cannot recommend highly enough of Certainty property to anyone who is looking for an outstanding Property Manager. Connor is sensational and extremely helpful, when he assisted me with the whole leasing process --from advertising campaign to setting the property ready for the new tenant, which was stress free and professionally done. Connor always keeps up to his promises and has been very good at communication throughout!”

“My husband and I have two investment properties with Certainty and I must say I have been very pleased with the communication by both property managers, Raina (VIC) and Ayesha (WA). Raina was quick to respond to my enquires and made me feel at ease with the process of securing a tenant. She has always been approachable and friendly and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Ayesha has a great style of communication and is always so personable and happy to help with any query I may have. She was able to secure a tenant efficiently and with ease. I always feel comfortable with contacting her and she gets back to me immediately. The two of them work collaboratively, always considering my needs as an investor. I highly recommend these two for their exceptional customer service, kind manner, professionalism and efficiency.”

“I've been very happy with Certainty Property, and Connor has done a terrific job as property manager; always willing to help, arranging quotes and services quickly and efficiently, providing detailed inspection reports, but also really caring about the quality of customer service he provides. “I have known Renae and her team at Certainty for a number of years now. What sets them apart, and something which is important to me, is they foster a very strong relationship with both landlords and tenants. This is aside from doing all the usual things very well - they professional, courteous, prompt, responsive and pro-active. No issue or task is too much for the Team. They take the worry out my my hands which is very much appreciated. Thankyou Renae”

“We signed up with them after the previous property management company went into administration. Certainty had competitive fees, but we were deeply disappointed if not disheartened. During the handover period, I have asked them to follow up regarding the pet request from the tenant. I asked repeatedly about asking the tenants to sign a pet clause but Certainty never gave me a straight answer and just ignored my request. I tried following up a couple months after and still no luck. Each time they would reply saying they have followed up with the tenant, but I never had any clue whether the tenants did actually adopt any pet at all. In one routine inspection, they failed to inspect one room downstairs, which I asked for an update after receiving the report, and again, absolute silence. We then decided to move on and found a new property manager. Only then, we found out the tenant has had arrears in payments. We were not informed about the situation at all. Dissatisfied with the service, we went and left a Google review, only to be sent an email from them saying they want to serve us a Concern’s Notice, and that they will be seeking damages for Injurious Falsehood in the Magistrate’s Court, unless we took the review down. My husband did remove the review but I’m posting the whole truth again here.”
