“When I booked the translation, I told Priscilla that it was urgent. And even though I opted for the standard 3 day turnaround, Priscilla got the translation to me the next day and the hard copy arrived in the post the day after that! And throughout the process Priscilla was very friendly and responsive. I have been provided with a service that (unfortunately) is no longer standard these days, and I am very happy to see that it still exists! Thank you Priscilla and Universal Language Solutions! Eva”

“First of all, the service was quick and effective: I received the documents 4 days after my payment. The work is seriously done and the sheets were carefully packed. The communications (phone, mail) were easy and pleasant. I compared with another translation service and Certified Translation Services were less expensive and quicker to answer.”

“CTS did a very fast and thorough translation and if it wasn't for Royal Mail taking a week to deliver it (even though it was sent by recorded delivery), I would have received it within a week. Thankfully, their customer service is brilliant and they sent out a digital copy immediately. I would definitely use this company again for any future translation work.”
