“Ordered over £1300 worth of kit and came really quick. All really well packaged. Can never fault chain reaction. And even if something is wrong, they'll return it for free no questions asked. Always use chain reaction for this reason, even if some other competitors may sometimes a few pounds cheaper here or there”

“Good products and prices, I had a bad experience refunding a defective item and another that was the wrong size. It was a mix-up, however, the head rep from customer service corrected on her own and sent me a nice letter. My opinion went from 2 to 4 stars and will buy again. Thanks”

“The website is very easy to use and the postage is always quick. They offer a live Q&A service which is very good. Not sure the sale items are as discounted as they claim however this can be said for all sites.”

“I needed a specific tyre for my mountain bike. They had it its stock and at a very competitive price. The website was easy to use and the payment process a piece of cake. Only issue was that delivery might have been a bit quicker. But that is a very minor gripe and i will definitely shop there again.”

“Dreadful customer service they have taken 11 weeks and am still waiting for my money back for an order they didn’t deliver . Any company that would deal with Hermes has to be a joke after dealing with CRC for over 10 years I will be going elsewhere. And do t try and contact them or Hermes you have more chance of contacting aliens on Mars”
