Due to the change of ownership... all prices sky rocketed as hell... it sucks!!! won't be coming back again unless for the warranty claim.

Terrible customer service. Bike part faulty and identified after 20 minutes of cycling. Reported to Chain Reaction Cycles who are refusing to offer any help/advice, let alone a refund, and claiming I caused the fault. I would not buy anything from this company again and would encourage others to avoid too.

Bought a Gt Gtr Comp that was sent to me really badly set up, they asked me to take it to a local companies for repair, they bike shops both said there was something weird going inside for the cabling, it took over a month for CRC to collect the bike, then 3 weeks to get the bike back, when it came back it was worse than before with damage to the frame, forks and they didn’t even send the pedals back. They offered me £50 cash back and a set of BMX pedals as compensation, I asked them to collect the bike and refund me, it was collected a week later then 5 days later it came back again, it’s taken nearly three months, about 40 emails ,10 Live chats And waiting in three days for a delivery too solve a problem for a bike that was sent to me faulty, which they had admitted. Not once have I had a proper apology, just a sorry for the late response from them which happened every single time, go elsewhere, I cannot stress that enough.

Ordered my bike 22 May 2020, payment was issued right away and came to around £600. Order status was shown as "Processing" and confirmation e-mail received, perfect. Fast forward to today (15 June 2020), no update whatsoever from CRS, had to e-mail the customer service team to ask where my bike was, waited a few days for a response to be told they don't have it in stock, even though they happily took my money for the accessories I bought with it which eventually showed up - not that I need them without a bike - they then cancel my bike order and tell me I'll receive a refund in 5 days. Customer service is a joke and after this pandemic is over they will go back to being irrelevant again. Their Vitus MTB is known as one of the best in the £500 bracket, but not worth the hassle of giving these people the money as they seem to have no consideration for the customer. I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Feeling utterly let down. Bought a bike for over £3k and it took an age to get here, yet that was during Covid kick off so i could understand. What I can't accept is that since I received it I have not ridden it as there is a broken clip/mount for a Di2 component. I have emailed, tweeted, messaged via facebook, tired to ring/chat (both offline continuously) and I have not had 1 response to this problem, other than an auto response on FB which tells me to be patient. @chain_reaction take the bike back or send a replacement part, but don't just keep ignoring me !!!

Where do I start I ordered an e-bike which was in the sale on 29th november for £3400 i contacted them on 5th December asking for tracking so i can make sure someone is home as me and my wife both work full time. I was then told that the ebikes dont come tracked so I had a bit of a moan as if I miss it I have to rearrange delivery anyway they said if I hadn't heard anything by the monday to contact them again so I went on live chat to be told that delivery had been attempted on friday 6th December and a card had been left we had nothing at home then according to their portal they use it said it would ve delivered monday the 9th so I managed to get the mother in law round to wait. My wife returned from work around 4pm and managed to call tuffnells as now we had a consignment number they couldn't tell me anything except it wasnt out for delivery that day and I needed to speak to chain reaction so I went on live chat again and said how ridiculous it was that we couldnt find out when it was coming so I requested them to redeliver on thursday as my wife had the day off i work they said they would request this. I went back on live chat tuesday 10th to see if it was going to come on Thursday they said it had been attempted again on tuesday and another card left again we had nothing in the post box at this point I was getting sick of the ridiculous service and I had a £3400 bike out somewhere probably being bashed about in multiple couriers vehicles. At this point I had enough and requested them to ask the courier to return the bike to them as I couldn't be sure it would come on the Thursday and if it was damaged I would have to arrange a return for it. So bear in mind the bike hasn't made it to us for delivery and it has been attempted twice although we have no proof of this as we have no cards left. Chain reaction have told me that I need to wait until the bike is returned to them before I can have a refund and it can take 16 working days for the bike to be returned to them when it only took 4 working days for the first delivery attempt so at the moment I am £3400 out of pocket and without a bike luckily I have paid on my credit card so do have some sort of protection but the service we have received has been shocking and for not sending a bike tracked is completely ridiculous buyer beware i would rather go and collect one myself from a shop and pay double the price.
