“Disappointed that the dog foods have changed since the take over of this company. I have dogs with specific issues and have purchased Challenge dog food for many years, now I'm having to guess which one will replace my usual. The one closest has a very dry appearance, one the kibble is too small and I now have to pay over £60 for a bag.
I realise that costs have risen but the cost of your products are now making me look elsewhere. The cost of the small white fish crunchies is ridiculous for what is basically a waste product.”
Hi Susan thank you for your comments, I'm sorry you are disappointed with the new range as we are getting a lot of positive feedback regarding the changeovers. We have provided guides as to recommended products to switch to and are always happy to offer help and advice so that customers do not have to guess what to feed. Unfortunately we cannot avoid the increases of cost or manufacture but we do pride ourselves on our high meat and fish content products that are hypoallergenic, grain free and with animal protein as the first main ingredient..
