“Have ordered custom bats for 7 years Only 2 times the color has been incorrect First time they apologize and reorder another bat , however this time they request the bat return to be re done. However my son starts College Baseball in January because of the Christmas and new year break the office and the replacement bat will not be processed until after 1/2/24. Because of someone mistake of color code selection, we have to wait for the Bat Customer service. ? Disappointed would be a under statement The great news there several Co we order Custom bats for several teams. I do believe Chandler has a great product, some of the custom business decisions especially over the Black Friday sale on custom bats. There’s several teams were trying to order Multiple bats per player, however the system wasn’t allowing the process. Even the issue Has passed, Just another issue we experienced with Chandler. The only way To improve is s to understand the issue’s We’ll be in touch after 1/2/24 Thanks”

“My son is 17 and has used Chandler since he was 14. He loves the CC model and was able to match exit velocity with his Chandler in comparison with his regular BBCOR bat. The service we've received from the Chandler staff has been exceptional.”
