“Quality of wood was above average. Had an issue with custom engraving as they would not allow SO17.4 as a personalization. I told them “Leave the bat completely blank then not even a model number.” Received a bat with model number and serial number and the paint was below average. A little frustrating when you’re pay $240+ for a premium custom maple bat. Felt a little taken advantage of. I would stick with stock bats as the custom experience was not satisfying.”

Hi Justin, as was discussed with you over the last 6 months, the SO17.4 model is not currently available for sale. It is also not something we can engrave, or any variation thereof on a model that is not the SO17.4. All of our custom bats come with one line of optional personalization. The lines for model, species and serial number are not optional and are required for proper identification. You advised for your personalized line to be completely blank, and that's what we did. Unforunately it seems you believed we would send without any engraving and that is not possible. All bats must contain the proper identification. We sincerely hope you understand and enjoy the custom bat nonetheless. Thanks!
