“I bought Nature's Mineral Boost because I have read a few of Cindy's books and I know she has researched this product and uses it herself. I know it is being absorbed because my cramps disappear after a couple of doses. I was also pleased there is no aluminium listed in the analysis. I had a very bad reaction to Laboratory produced magnesium .... I lost my sense of taste, had the worst cramps I have ever had and developed compacted constipation after just a couple of days of taking it!!”
