“Changing Habits is a company that I've found to pride themselves on selling the best. If they can't get the best then it's out of stock. They won't substitute for 2nd best. Paying a small fee each year is a great way of not paying any postage if you buy regularly”

“Loving my certified mold free coffee from Changing Habits . As a GAPS coach I suggest clients build up to coffee enemas, excellent for supporting the liver and detox,but the coffee has to be organic AND mold free.
