“After hitting menopause, nothing shifted my weight, unless the scales were going up. I was having intense hourly hot flushes and very irritable. I was at the gym 5-6 times a week and restricted my diet back to carnivore. I couldn't eat less carbs and I couldn't work out anymore. Well 2 days in and my flushes were luke warm and only several times a day. And the scales starting dropping instantly. It's my first time, first round and I'm 4.5 weeks in and have lost 9kgs. I'm elated. I've tried pills, potions, naturopaths, integrative Drs, creams, diet after diet after diet. Nothing has ever worked so fast, so well before. Compared to previous restrictive diets, this is a breeze. Can't thank you enough. I had lost my spark, lost my joy, lost myself. But I can feel I am re-emerging.”

“I was so impressed by the ease of ordering your coffee pods, and yes, there was an error on my first order - but it was quickly and promptly taken care of AND I received an extra box of 10 for the trouble! I was chuffed because by the time I received the order correctly with the extra x 10, I was already loving my coffee pod choice!”

“All is good. Just wondering, is it a common occurence to find it difficult to shed the last amount of weight after having lost so much weight. l feel that l've lost more, but the scales aren't showing it. l'm struggling & finding it very disheartening but not about to give up as l've spent so much time, effort & money to achieving my goal. “Hello to whom it may concern....I am leaving a little message as I wish to express my sincere Happy Thanks for the delightful phone attention that I was given about four weeks ago....I thought that I had put the lovely lovely receptionist that answered my phonecall.....however not to be....even though I have searched through the odd email...to no avail....my plan was to send a card to the The Owner of Changing Habits....which I haven't as yet but fully intend to ....I was kind of hoping that I may find still the name of that lovely person....Perhaps I just may send one anyway without acknowledging the name ...perhaps that someone will notice and pass on my 'expressions' of much gratitude and honouring just what an asset this person is to the Changing Habits Family.....Farewell for now....jojo 💚”

“I have loved the FLP program and have purchased several items in the past. Mostly I use the Support Drops and am always happy with them. I know some people have complained about the drops not lasting with the new droppers but I've had 2 bottles and not had a problem. I also know people have complained about the cost of postage but again, I know how much costs have risen and I don't find them to different from posting anything else. Regards Dawn Bennell”

“Been trying to find a good coffee that leaves me feeling good, without the crash and burn fatigue after ward. So many available, but taste average, this is superb! I have no regrets. I will keep subscribed, very happy! If I win the $100, put it towards more clean water! 🙏🏼”
