“Very happy with the product and the FLP program. Pretty disappointed that it took close to 10 days for the products to arrive.I ordered on the Sunday and the delivery was only initiated on the Friday and then delivered the following Tuesday.”

“I have bought from Changing Habits for some years now. Now, mostly spices. I like them, trust them. I have been a VIP member too. Have tried the various membership options over the years, but I am not an IT nerd & the constant changes rather does my head in. I don't think I'll subscribe again. I'll just order as I need & thus pay the price. thanks”

“I’ve been using Changing Habits since 2013. They are a wonderful company because you know what you buy has been thoroughly researched in person. The quality is outstanding. The support is great as well. The only reason I did not give 5 star is for VIP memberships I would like the vouchers to be in your membership portal, instead of being sent in an email.”

Hi Tracey, thank you for your lovely review. Our checkout uses a dynamic shipping system that automatically calculates the cost based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. It then shows you the most affordable available options to choose from. Just keep in mind that we offer free shipping for orders over $150!

“The Cacao buttons don't taste the same as previously. Not as nice. I'm a bit disappointed.”

Hi Maryanne, Thank you for your feedback - we’re sorry to hear the Cacao Buttons weren’t quite what you expected. Due to a global cacao shortage, we’ve recently had to switch suppliers. Our new Cacao is grown in a unique volcanic region, which gives it a naturally smokier flavour and an even richer mineral profile. We understand taste is personal, though, and it may not be for everyone. If you'd prefer not to keep the product, we’d be happy to offer a refund or store credit once it’s returned. “I love the care and how pure your products are. The way you give back is a real inspiration to others. I enjoy a sugar free 100% cacao chocolate. Not so much are the last lot that you can't source anymore but still happy with this product. The taste isn't the same but a little bit of maple syrup helps”

“Generally happy with the products that I purchase. Most occasions delivery has been prompt after making an order. Though, I have been disappointed that on at least three occasions in recent years, and including within the last few weeks, Changing Habits has been out of stock of Organic Inca Inchi Protein Powder. I understand the product is made in Peru, but I am hoping that Changing Habits can develop a method of more continuous supply while working within overseas product supply chain constraints.”

“I have recently purchased 3 Pure Glow, spending that amount to ensure I didn't have to pay postage. Then the next email after I have spent that (for me) large amount of money, is offering significant discounts on stock, highlighting pure glow. To say that I am thoroughly annoyed is a huge understatement.”

“Love the products! My favourite is the Ginger powder- sooo good! The Cocoa powder has the best flavour of any I have tasted. I just had a few admin problems when joining VIP programme but they were promptly sorted once I reached out. Thanks for your commitment to quality.”
