“Changing habits was great i lost 10.3 kg and hope to do another round. Not sure how to end round to start a new one. Only complaint is drops take way too long to get to Perth.”

“The information about the programs are awesome, but I feel an app may be easier to help navigate staying on the programs more easily. The facebook group for The Healthy Way is not used often, so there is not much of a community feel for people doing the program. I love the knowledge and passion of Cyndi O'meara for helping humans and the environment!”

“I love learning about the history behind Changing Habits. I love what Changing Habits stands for. I love the integrity. The only thing I have a problem with is that like every other place one tries to buy healthy food from, it's so so expensive. I simply cannot afford to live on it so for me, it's only once in a while.”

“Your products are great! I'm very happy with my recent purchases. There are two negatives though... I feel they are a little bit expensive for people to "Change Habits". A lot of people couldn't afford to pay these prices with families to feed healthily and getting more products to choose from would be awesome. Great though! :)”

“I love shopping with Changing Habits and missing the paleo muesli you used to sell. My family loves the Cacao melts and we eat them as is or use in cooking for that smooth 'choclatey' taste.”

“It works if you POP and do as the protocol recommends. Also, your stomach shrinks, and at P4, you won't need to eat as much as before. Please stick to the plan, and you definitely will lose weight and keep it off. You must change your habits as if you don't; you will go back to when you started.”

“I am sold on Changing Habits and it’s products but it would be good to have a packing slip in the package so I can immediately check that what they say is in the package is what is there and that what I ordered is the same as what I have received. Having said that, when brought to their attention that I was missing an item, they were very quick at sending it by separate post. Thank you”
