“I'm really enjoying the programs, everything is going well and I feel supported by the Changing Habitsteam. Some room for improvement, sometimes I receive multiple copies of the same email. I'm not too sure why, but just some feedback for you.”

“I found the fat loss protocol very easy through stages 1,2&3 stage 4 however was not successful due to more issues than your program. The health essentials i forced down during protocol but couldn't continue with as it made me dry reach. I am going to do another round and this time I will reach out for help more often. Not sure if postage to Victoria is extremely slow due to covid but both orders took almost 4 weeks using regular post”

“I really like the products, but always have a lot of trouble on the website. I need to change my password each time I log on, and sometimes need to re-do my password more than once”

“Was very disappointed when I had to call a week days later having called on a Friday to make an order & person said can’t do now we will call you back Monday and no one did. When I called back the person responded very apologetically & goods were received as anticipated at a post office address in Bundaberg. We are travelling by boat along the Qld coast. Thank you”

“I would've given you 5 out of 5 but there's been a few items out of stock that I've wanted to purchase. I've given my email address to be notified when back in stock but haven't been notified and when I checked, the items were back in stock.”

“Fantastic company with excellent no nonsense policy. High quality beautiful products. That being said, you’ve got to pay the excellent price for them. Even when comparing some with other health store brands. This may be related to quality and completely necessary but from a consumer’s perspective, they can seem a bit pricey. At the end of the day, good food costs more and it’s always worth it.”

“Really good advice, products and recipes. Hard to navigate website as at times it doesn’t allow login. Also, a bit of a separation between fat loss app and website flp. Does not seem to speak to each other. For example, I started protocol with app but kept getting emails for the website that I hadn’t started yet but was actually 3/4 of the way through. Apart from that, fabulous app and great recipes. Thank you 💝”
