“I purchased the collection of Greens, Priobiotics, Colloidal Minerals and Camu Camu powder. I really feel that it has made such a difference to my energy levels particularly noticeable when I get home at night. Usually I'm dragging my heels to get dinner but now I feel energised enough to walk the dogs and make dinner EVERY night. For me that's a win, win.”

“Hi Changing habits team, Just wanted to say thank you for supplying such top quality products. I've been using the greens, minerals, probiotics & camu camu for years now and am very pleased with them. I've recently been diagnosed with Hashimotos and the naturopath who is looking after me checked out your products and said that she cannot recommend anything better which I take as high praise. My husband is now using the products in his smoothy too and says that he is feeling better because of it. It does mean I go through things twice as fast but for us both to be looking after our health is the most important thing we can do, so thank you. Sincerely Helen B”

“Have been following Cyndi for over 20 years now and have always purchased CH products. I love all the changing habits products and staying up to date with changes in health and attending seminars. Delivery is very efficent and if I have ever had a problem or question, it is sorted very quickly.”

“I work at Changing Habits and we're lucky enough to try the products each month as a staff benefit — so I get to experience these firsthand. This month I've been adding organic Turmeric and Ginger to my morning water. Everyone around me has been getting sick. I haven't touched a cold. Honestly didn't expect to notice such a difference so quickly. I also started using Health Essentials in my daily smoothie. One scoop and your nutrition is covered — whole food ingredients, nothing synthetic. I've tried plenty of multivitamins over the years and nothing comes close for value or quality. If you're still on a synthetic multi, I recommend to test and see the results for yourself.”

“Changing habits is the easiest and most effective program I have ever done! My mind feels clear, I don't hobble out of bed, shifting the fat is not overly fast, but it is moving! I cannot recommend it highly enough and there is plenty of support around if you need it. At 62 it's good to know that you can still feel good about yourself. Thanks for the motivation!”

“All I can say is wow this fat loss protocol program is brilliant! I am loving it. I am post menopausal and have struggled with my weight for the past 5 years. No matter what I tried to do to lose weight, it just wouldn't budge. Anyway, I'm into my third week of flp and couldn't be happier with the weight loss and how my energy levels are.
