“The Changing Habits diet has literally been life changing! I started the diet beginning of January and still going strong. I am sleeping better, have sustained energy throughout the day, have acheived great weight loss. I am well and truly on track to reach the goals I set out to achieve, including kicking saome terrible habits - including smoking! Haven't had one now for close to 5 weeks - with no cravings or desire to return . Habits already meal planning, hydration and dependency on drinking wine after a tough day completely gone! I am so proud of what I have achieved and will definitely incorporate the changing habits diet into how I eat and live moving forward!”

“Excellent customer service - nothing is too hard. & I am so grateful to Cyndi for sourcing best quality food -same as what she wants for her own family. I trust Cyndi’s products 100% & tell anyone who ever shows interest. For example - I am sure I could source rapadura sugar here in Perth but I want guaranteed quality 💯 and you never know who you can trust these days. Often profit over 💯 quality - unfortunately!”

“I have done the fat lose diet with succes over the last 10 years. Always happy with its simplicity.my aging body feels happy with a reset more often, like once a year. This year I bought Cindy’s Keto way and I like to know if this diet can be started after P3? Anyway the keto way seems so complicated in compairing to FLP diet and I do understand this. I feel though that a better meal plan/hardcover cookbook would be a bonus for the keto diet. Feel a bit confused about it now.”

“I am always very pleased with CH products but have trouble with the website on more than one occassion but that could be my fault. My order takes 2-3 weeks to arrive which seems quite a long time .”

“To be able to use 100% pure cacao in baking and cooking is awesome. I love the cacao melts. I've got use to them and eat them by themselves and enjoy the energy kick and taste I get from them. Here is some melted cacao melts that I added to make Rocky road for xmas treats.”

“I’ve been doing the protocol for 4 years on and off, my initial loss was 16kg and each year since I go back to FLP phase 1,2,3 and 4 just to drop the few extra kilos I’ve managed to gain during my daily life, it’s also a very good detox. I’m 70 years old this year and I’ve adapted my eating habits to this protocol, it works, I love it.”

“After hitting menopause, nothing shifted my weight, unless the scales were going up. I was having intense hourly hot flushes and very irritable. I was at the gym 5-6 times a week and restricted my diet back to carnivore. I couldn't eat less carbs and I couldn't work out anymore. Well 2 days in and my flushes were luke warm and only several times a day. And the scales starting dropping instantly. It's my first time, first round and I'm 4.5 weeks in and have lost 9kgs. I'm elated. I've tried pills, potions, naturopaths, integrative Drs, creams, diet after diet after diet. Nothing has ever worked so fast, so well before. Compared to previous restrictive diets, this is a breeze. Can't thank you enough. I had lost my spark, lost my joy, lost myself. But I can feel I am re-emerging.”
