“I continue to be impressed by Cyndi's knowledge of nutrition and her unswerving commitment to real food and real nutrition. Last night I was re-reading the FLP book, and came across the part where Cyndi reminisces about the healthy and delicious food her mum cooked from basic pantry ingredients.
