“This protocol isn't easy. Dedication and organisation would be 2 of the most important ingredients to make this successful. The support I received during the FLP was so helpful and made the journey that bit easier. I was on this for 42 days and lost 13kgs. “love this protocol - esp how its quick. I have a very small attention span so find the quick weight loss great.
