“A bit of a long story… at least 12 mths ago, I stumbled across the FLP… didn’t do it due to outside influences (that’s another story) But, prior to that … Back in 2016 I bought a chocolate package from CH it was around Easter, as I wanted to make healthier treats for myself and family. In this package I received a recipe book, measuring cups, some of the CH ingredients which are required to make the treats… still have the recipe book, (with the chic mint cups on the front 😆… So good ) Any ways, fast forward to no. The last four years have been tumultuous, with the lack of self care for myself as I was pretty much struggling to stay afloat (due to unforeseen circumstances… another story) I’m here, doing the KICK start, today 20 SEPT- bought the FLP to start in OCT 2. So ready ! Love the emails, enjoying the outside support from the team at CH - as you’re aware it’s a tough journey, and not all people around you, even though they love you; don’t know how tough it’s been to be where you have been. So mentally prepared for this. Can’t wait to see these life time changes and get back to being me again! Stace PS I’m also now a VIO enjoying those perks 🙌🏼”

“I found the fat loss protocol very easy through stages 1,2&3 stage 4 however was not successful due to more issues than your program. The health essentials i forced down during protocol but couldn't continue with as it made me dry reach. I am going to do another round and this time I will reach out for help more often. Not sure if postage to Victoria is extremely slow due to covid but both orders took almost 4 weeks using regular post”
