“This protocol isn't easy. Dedication and organisation would be 2 of the most important ingredients to make this successful. The support I received during the FLP was so helpful and made the journey that bit easier. I was on this for 42 days and lost 13kgs. The weight loss is amazing, however how I feel on the inside out is life changing! Highly recommend to anyone serious about making forever changes to their health, vitality and overall wellness.”

“love this protocol - esp how its quick. I have a very small attention span so find the quick weight loss great. Unfortunately I have in past gone back to bad habbits, but at least i know that by doing this i can get back on tract quickly. This round i WILL be sticking to only eating what nourishes my body.”
