“I love all the products from the colloidal minerals that I add to my water in the morning to the cacao melts that I use every day to make a beautiful hot chocolate. Delivery is never more than a couple of days.”

“The Changing Habits shop is always my first ‘go to shop’ online if I’m looking for something new to add to my pantry as I know they are safe and with the cleanest of ingredients and I trust Cyndi’s food philosophy 100% If they don’t have what I am looking for then I will search the Changing Habits community for suggestions of where to find the best elsewhere. So far I can honestly say I love all the products in their shop (even the greens) 😋 Your palette adjusts in time. Now I actually enjoy them! I know their products are the best of the best because of the extensive research Cyndi does. I Highly trust and recommend you try them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I was disappointed with how long it took my delivery to come. It was over 3 weeks. I contacted support 3 times and finally received a response only after my parcel was delivered. I think using Australia Post for parcels is better for regional areas. Disappointed in your customer service.”

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience with delivery and contacting the office. We always aim to get back to everyone's emails within the day, so if we missed you, I apologize. You are also welcome to phone us on 07 5493 7135 for a faster response to your queries. Unfortunately, delivery delays are out of our control, but we always ensure that all orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday are dispatched on the same day.
