Staff was helpful and despite the COVID-19 lockdown they managed to keep me up to date and make a booking as soon as the restrictions lifted. The visiting engineer was professional and friendly, explained the process, and left everything tidy.

The Chargemaster unit & fitter were absolutely first class. However the process of ordering the unit was the worst service I have ever experienced. Orders were lost, male staff who promised to sort it & ring back, dissapeared off the face of the earth. Eventually a lady sorted it out for me. Your ordering office was a complete shambles. I was so frustrated by your service that I complained to BMW who had offered me a free charging unit what a shambles you were.

I needed a non-standard fit and Chargemaster were very accommodating in respect of a complicated installation.

The BP Chargemaster works well, it's a handy thing to have. Customer Service is appalling, no one calls back or answers emails. It took over a week to even get round to submitting an application! I nearly gave up and went to another supplier, I got one helpful person on the phone on my last attempt to sort things out.

My unit needs repairing under warranty, having made two calls to the helpline, I'm told it's a 5 day period to fix it. When I then get a surly email from the repair team, it's for 7 working days after and a day that doesn't work for me. No response to my email back, so I have no idea when they will be repairing the unit. The people on the telephone were helpful though

Engineer was presented with a challenging installation, he got on with the job diligently and a neat installation was the product. Needed to revisit on a second day due to complexity, call centre handled this effectively.,

The whole process of ordering and installing of my BP Chargemaster was quick and simple, the engineer who came to my house was very helpful in advising on how the device was set and and how to set it up via the app

The installation was carried out on the predicted date. It took longer than the engineer anticipated but he worked on it all day and made sure it was functional, looked tidy and cleared up before he left. The unit is easy to use and the cable folds away easily
