They are all the same. These people are the worst and have the worst customer service. Ordered a Christmas wreath November 1st. First my order was lost, then they told me two day shipping after I asked what was going on. That was around Thanksgiving. Now, here we are, December 22nd no wreath. Item still in WUHAN CHINA. They said they just haven’t updated. No it just hasn’t shipped. The last 3 times I talked to them I’ve asked for my money back and they totally ignore the fact that I even ask. Just keep sending a shipping notification. DO NOT buy!!!”

not only have they scammed me but hundreds and hundreds of people as well!!! It is now been 6 weeks I have still not received my item or working tracking link. They refused to tell me where my item is or send me a working tracking link! And they downright absolutely refuse to refund my money!!!!
I have reached out to this company at least 7 different times through email and have the email proof over the six week period, and like I said they downright refused to refund my money or send me my item ASAP!!!

“I too wish I had looked for reviews prior to placing my first-time order with Charmsoes - my experience has been similar to others I've seen here. They are the worst on-line company I've ever dealt with and I also think that they are doing everything they can to either scam customers and/or avoid making good on their product services. It's clear they don't value doing the right thing in order to build customer loyalty. Here's what I've run into:
Even though they immediately charged my credit card for my single item I ordered, I got an email from them the same day stating the item was "unavailable due to a logistics issue." Then in that same initial email they also stated "our product department informed us that none of the new products has passed quality inspection after production, and we will not send any low quality items to dissatisfy our customers." They also requested I choose another item, with a few recommended choices.
I replied that I wasn't interested in anything else and requested they just refund my credit card. They then replied "If you don’t like the item we recommend, you can browse our site to choose the replacement."
I sensed this was going to turn into a non-stop run-around and quickly contacted my credit card and filed a disputed charge report.
Since then I've received multiple emails with similar excuses. One was: "Could you think about it again? We really know it is not your fault, it is ours. As our valued customer, we can provide 10% discount to you for this inconvenience if you agree to change the type you ordered," to which I replied, again, please just refund my money.
Then I got a reply, "Could you consider it again? Really hope you can enjoy our product. The quality of the replacement is as good as the one you ordered.
In order to show our apology, we can give you a free wallet as compensation if you agree to exchange the type you ordered."
So the run-around just keeps perpetuating...”
“Terrible experience and I will never order again. The shoes got lost for over 2 months. When they arrived, the order was incorrect. So now I am out $65 and have no way of contacting this vendor.”

They tell you when you order they will keep you up-to-date when it leaves their warehouse not true I finally emailed them three weeks later to see what was going on. 4 weeks after ordering I finally receive probably the worst packaging I've ever seen none of the shoes have boxes. There's no phone number there's no address there's no way to get ahold of anybody only through email which takes them up to 48 hours to respond. my shoes were cheap looking not happy at all with my items it has been nothing but back and forth emails they basically are telling me I need to keep the product because shipping is going to be expensive. To be honest I think that they should pay for the shipping. Stay away from this company they are scamming you!”
“Charmystery is an ABSOULUTE SCAM. DO NOT ORDER THEIR SHOES. I would give them negative stars if I could. They charged me immediately before my order barely even went through, and of course, 10 days later, I can't contact anyone, there is no response from their instagram account or their contact email. By the way, they have no phone number to contact them. My tracking information which worked the first two days **mysteriously** doesn't work anymore. This company is a complete fraud.”

I ordered 8 Items. A monthe and a half goes by and half my order had come in. From looking at what I recieved, I knew I was scammed. Low quality. Soderling I can get at the sollar store (no lie) I'm so disappointed. 3 pairs of shoes and 2 sweaters stuffed in a bag ughhh”
