“I ordered some boots from them for my daughter. I used PayPal and as soon as I hit pay I saw it was from China and regretted my decision. They sent a bogus tracking number. I emailed them prior to Christmas with no response. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they didn’t respond so it’s since been escalated and I’m awaiting a resolution. Have not received my items and they’ve never responded. Now the website is gone. None of the questions are applicable since I received nothing and they’ve never responded. Definitely a scam.”
“If i was able to give them zero stars I would. I ordered my daughters boots from them after I did read reviews that were positive. They finally came yesterday. I paid their way overpriced shipping prices and still waited over a month. I email them asking where my order was since the tracking site they use hardly updates and they responded. After waiting for 2 more weeks and still no boots I sent another email to them to which they did not respond to that email. Now her boots came and they don't fit her. I went to the email to view my order to see how to return them and the website is gone. Now I have a daughter in tears and I have no way of getting this problem fixed.
