“Not very impressed, as a charity we should have received the vat taken off which never happened despite me following all that was asked. However, as it was a very small amount, I never worried chasing or making an issue of it, but as I explained in my email to customer’s service it was the principle that mattered.”

“The product was delivered on time Good condition only issue was that the lid did not fit tight on top of the bucket. The lid has 2 holes drilled through the side assume these are for cable tie lid to bucket but no holes in bucket had to drill them ourselves”

“Delivery was super quick but was disappointed the colour didn't quite match the picture, ah well never mind, product will still work :)”
